This root cause of the issue has now been resolved and we have confirmed that people are now able to place calls again we will monitor this issue but the service should now be back in a full working order.

The hub is currently experiencing an issue and is unable to answer any calls we are working to resolve this issue and we will update once this is corrected, we apologise for the inconvenience. If the issue requires urgent advice please dial 111 or 999 if this is non urgent please call back later.
