Essential upgrade work to the network at Airedale General Hospital is taking place on Tuesday 20th June 2023 between 4am and 6am, this will mean that our patient related IT systems will be unavailable. The Immedicare service will be unavailable during this time. If any of your residents become unwell and it is safe to wait until after 6am to contact clinical support please call us after this time. However, if urgent support is required please call 111/999.
In the event that you do call us during this time we will be collating details of all the missed incoming calls received and our clinical team will contact you after 6am.
